Allergen and dietary labels shown in DishDraw are extracted from the restaurant’s own menu and relayed as published. They are provided without guarantee (ohne Gewähr), may be incomplete, outdated or incorrect, and are not nutritional, medical or dietary advice. They do not replace confirming your requirements directly with the restaurant, which alone is responsible for allergen information under Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, always ask the restaurant before ordering. To the extent permitted by law we accept no liability for damages arising from reliance on this information; liability for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health, remains unaffected.

If you submit a photo or menu content, you confirm that you took/own it (or are authorised to submit it) and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights. You grant DishDraw a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, display, and adapt that content within the service and its promotion. You can ask us to remove your contribution at any time.
We list factual business information without requiring prior consent, as directories do. If you are the restaurant and want your listing removed, claimed, or corrected, use the “For restaurants” section on the home page or email legal@dishdraw.de. We honour such requests promptly.
